You will be responsible for P&L, setting business plans, and delivering exceptional customer care in a market-leading NAPA store. The role requires strong leadership, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and wholesale accounts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and effectiveness.
• Experience in automotive/retail or fleet industries is a plus.
• Customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
• Build, guide and develop an engaged crew to deliver customer care and business results.
