Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking self-motivated Assistant Managers and Managers to lead dynamic teams in our stores. You will hire, train and motivate staff, drive sales through superior customer service, and ensure the store runs smoothly while upholding all policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, growth and a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with competitive pay and benefits. Prior retail management experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High School or equivalent.
• Strong people skills to grow your team.
• Honesty and loyalty; leadership to drive a strong store team.
• Experience with computer systems and store software is a plus.

Compensation:
