Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking assistant managers and managers to lead our store teams in the United States. The role focuses on hiring, coaching, and motivating staff to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach, with computer savviness and loyalty to the brand. Growth opportunities exist in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience preferred (retail management)
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
• Computer savviness and reliability
• Honesty and loyalty; strong leadership to guide the team

About you

• High School or equivalent
• 1-3 years of retail management.

• Honesty and loyalty, we have a strong team so we need someone even stronger to lead it

Desired but not completely necessary to have

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
