Shoe Palace is seeking capable Store Managers and Assistant Managers to lead retail teams at multiple locations in the United States. You will hire, train and motivate staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences while upholding company policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail management, strong people skills, and a desire to grow with a dynamic, fast-paced brand that values teamwork and loyalty.

Compensation

Store Manager pay range: $24.50 - $24.50 per hour
