Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years experience with 3 years Retail Store Manager experience or 5 years of related management/customer-focused experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet budgets in sales, expenses, and P&L; drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and data analysis.
• Deliver a hassle-free, personalized athlete experience and stay knowledgeable about industry trends and competition.
• Involve in interview/hiring process and build a diverse, effective store team.
• Recruit within the community to ensure staffing reflects the local population and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Onboard teammates, clarify roles, and provide growth opportunities.
• Plan and control activities a year out, ensure execution of plans, maintain standards and safety, and empower staff to be product experts.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, loss prevention, and safety requirements.
• Directly manage all salaried managers with a people-first leadership style, ensuring open communication.
• Lead through coaching, provide regular development opportunities, and empower leaders to use data to guide decisions.
• Create an inclusive store environment and engage with the community.
