Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Lynnwood location. You will support the Management Team in operations, mentor a team, and drive daily performance through strong service and leadership.

In this role you will manage inventory, optimize visual merchandising, scheduling, and store procedures, while delivering revenue growth and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and upbeat shopping experience for customers, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restocking processes, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
