Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure displays and store layouts meet Skechers’ brand standards for style and innovation.
