WHAT AWAITS YOU

• You are responsible for ensuring the economic success of your store
• You manage and organize the day-to-day business
• You are responsible for staff deployment planning and are in charge of the cash register
• You select suitable applicants and then conduct job interviews
• You conduct training and development meetings with your team
• You are responsible for cashier duties and create happy shopping moments for our customers.
• You will participate in regular team meetings where we share our knowledge and inspire each other.
• You report to the Store Manager.
