Position Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager for our Alpharetta location to lead our team, drive sales, and optimize store operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about luxury retail and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:Inspire and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Representation:Represent Solomon Brothers at events and marketing initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Staff Management:Manage staff schedules and provide training for growth and excellence.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the VP of Sales to set and achieve store goals.
  • Customer Relations:Build strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Problem Resolution:Address customer concerns with quick and effective resolutions.
  • Marketing:Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement hyper-local marketing strategies and in-store promotions to drive traffic and sales.
  • Community Outreach:Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Participate in community events to promote the brand and increase store visibility.
  • P&L Management:Oversee the store's profit and loss statement. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:7+ years in a retail leadership role OR 3+ years in store management, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Skills:Strong communication, leadership, community building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Environment:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:Proficient with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel, Teams, CRM, and Outlook.
