Roll up your sleeves and lead the way, partnering with other members of the leadership team to support timely follow-through and execution of company directives & standards. Through advanced planning, time management, team development, and delegation you’ll create an inclusive environment embodying Faherty Brand values & culture. You will provide actionable feedback in the moment to maintain good vibes, inclusion, and directive compliance driving individual & team performance. As well as ensuring a positive representation of the brand by utilizing business tools and market-specific insight to maximize results of the four key areas of the business: People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales & Customer Focused: Lead by example, process in-store sales, drive guest capture and retention, and maintain up-to-date client information.
  2. Business and Financial Acumen: Analyze key metrics, utilize business tools, and be accountable for store results.
  3. Builds Networks: Plan & execute in-store events, develop local community presence.
  4. Operations: Oversee product lifecycle, manage inventory, and ensure operational excellence.
  5. Visuals: Manage floorsets, maintain visual standards, and ensure engaging merchandising.
  6. People: Drive vision, build and develop teams, foster a positive environment, and manage staffing.
  7. Physical Requirements: Availability during store hours, ability to lift at least 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  8. Qualifications: Multiple years of leadership experience, omnichannel awareness, strong communication skills, and a passion for brand purpose.
