Job summary

gorjana is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, customer experience, and brand representation. You will drive KPIs, coach a team, and ensure visual standards and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, talent development skills, and a passion for our brand. Open availability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus.

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are individuals who are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand.

Your Day to Day May Include:

  • Responsible for overall store performance and KPI’s
  • Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating our customers on our history, and you are knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole
  • Experienced in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
  • Knowledgeable in how to build new and repeat business through customer clienteling

  • Ability to work full time hours, with open availability

Compensation:

  • Salary range starting from $75,000- $85,000 (range may vary based on experience)
