Job summary

Majors Management, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations and team performance. The role focuses on driving profitability, managing inventory, recruiting talent, and delivering a superior guest experience.

The Store Manager will train and develop staff, oversee P&L, and implement plans to boost sales while maintaining labor controls. A high school diploma and retail management experience are required.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR
• The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month
• Availability to be on call 24/7

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
