Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store’s operations onsite. You will be responsible for driving profitability, managing inventory, recruiting and hiring talent, and delivering a superior guest experience every day.

As a hands-on leader you will supervise the team, schedule shifts to meet guest demand, train and develop staff, manage performance, and actively monitor P&L and store metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and MVR.
• Flexibility in hours including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Hire talent, train and develop the team, manage employee performance, and schedule shifts to meet guest demand.
• Actively manage P&L and inventory by identifying store and category sales trends.
• Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
• Implement action plans to generate and drive additional sales opportunities, create an organized and process-oriented environment.
• Communicate company objectives as necessary, create a culture of people-first, superior guest service.
• Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement.
• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience while maintaining labor controls.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience
