Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations onsite in Tennessee. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and train staff, and deliver a superior guest experience.

This role reports to the District Manager and requires flexibility in hours, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum 50 hours per week. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Must have valid driver's license and MVR
• Flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month
• Availability to be on call 24/7

The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the store’s team and operations. This position will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing inventory levels, recruiting and hiring talent, and providing superior guest experience.
