The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your professional growth and future opportunities. Applicants must have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive financial performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
