Job summary

Majors Management Store Manager position in Silverhill, AL, onsite, oversees all aspects of the store’s team and operations to drive profitability and deliver a superior guest experience.

The role requires managing inventory, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring a high standard of guest service. You will report to the District Manager and handle P&L and labor controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Flexibility in hours including evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.
