Goodwill Southeast Georgia in Rincon, GA is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales goals, and uphold our customer service standards.

You will lead a team, schedule staff, train and develop employees, and manage budgets while promoting a safe, organized shopping environment. The role includes a 12-week training program and a $2,500 signing bonus paid in installments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach retail and production team members across registers, fitting rooms, and sales floors.
• Ensure merchandise is presented and organized following company guidelines.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and monitor store reports to control expenses.
• Schedule staff to meet business objectives and recruit/train team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
