The Store Manager will recruit and develop top management and sales talent, manage monthly schedules, oversee stock flow, and execute company promotions while meeting performance standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to operate company computer systems.
• Availability for varying hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team; recruit, hire, and train top talent.
• Create monthly schedules to ensure balanced shifts and coverage.
• Oversee merchandise processing and stock room organization.
• Implement company strategies, promotions, and directives in a timely manner.
• Conduct bi-annual inventories and travel up to 25% as needed.
