Job summary

Sheetz is seeking an energetic Store Manager in Akron, OH to lead a high‑performing team and uphold our Customer First culture. You’ll oversee staffing, drive store profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

This role requires 3 years of supervisory experience in quick service or retail, a High School diploma (or equivalent), and preferably a 2‑year business degree.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Certification testing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store.
• Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak‑up, give feedback and follow‑up.
• Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members.
• Keep an eye on work fam compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures and programs.
• Achieve BIG profitability goalz through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results.
• Measure work fam performance against mission critical goals.
• Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development and store success.
• Jump in as a leader for special programs or assignments, as needed.

This position offers a base salary range of $66,657.60 - $117,150.44 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-year degree in business related field preferred
• Successful completion of certification testing as needed

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience supervising others preferred
• 3 years’ experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred
