Job summary

Bealls is seeking a Store Manager in Magee, MS, to lead store operations, coaching and developing a diverse team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent guest service. The role requires strong communication, accountability, and leadership across shifts and teams.

You will manage talent development, merchandising standards, and store profitability, while championing loyalty programs and couriering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 yrs minimum management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willing to work varied hours including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
