This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. If you have restaurant management experience, we want to leverage that. We promote from within and ensure you understand every position you will lead. Your experience will fast-track your understanding of all roles and prepare you for leadership.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything within your store — People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Lead by example; your team will follow your lead. Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your team.
