This is a full-time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of the store. Restaurant management experience is preferred. We promote from within, ensuring you understand every position you will lead. Your experience will help you quickly grasp all roles and set yourself up for success as a leader.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything within your store: People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and fostering a positive culture. Lead by example — your team will follow. Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
