This is a full-time, salaried position, overseeing all aspects of the store. Restaurant management experience is preferred. We promote from within, ensuring you understand every role you will lead. Your experience will help expedite your understanding of all positions, setting you up for success as a leader.

This position requires 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You are responsible for everything in your store—People, Operations, Sales, and Profits. This includes ensuring safety, training, and cultivating a positive culture. Lead by example; your team will follow. Adhere strictly to all policies and procedures, and expect the same from your team.
