Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, promotional activities, customer satisfaction, and fuel break-even
• Manage operating costs to stay at or below plan
• Ensure proper staffing, train team members, and develop successors
• Maintain compliance with fuel and merchandising programs
• Support company initiatives and implement changes
• Report and handle safety incidents per guidelines

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18+ (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, Alabama)
• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform other duties as assigned
