The Store Manager will coach staff, manage inventory and cash, and collaborate with regional leaders to drive revenue while upholding SSG's partnership culture and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales-focused culture and coach the team to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
• Deliver exemplary customer service with the customer always being the priority.
• Maintain merchandising and operational standards across the store.
• Communicate with area leaders to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Hire, train, and retain a knowledgeable Associates team aligned with SSG culture.
• Organize, delegate, and follow up to maximize store productivity.
• Motivate and develop employees; foster teamwork.
• Coordinate day-to-day store operations including inventory & cash handling.
• Manage relationships with Store Market Leader, Sales Director, and Home Office.

Job Summary:

Our Store Managers are responsible for leading and nurturing a team focused on exceptional customer experiences in a high-quality store environment while creating a results-driven, sales-focused culture that supports the growth of our customers, consultants, and the business. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead a sales-focused culture by coaching the team to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, achieve sales goals, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.


• Provide exemplary service, ensuring the customer is always top priority.


• Uphold a high standard of merchandising and operational excellence.


• Communicate consistently with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals.


• Hire, train, coach, and retain a team of knowledgeable Associates that model the SSG culture of partnership.


• Organize, delegate, prioritize, and follow-up to maximize productivity.


• Challenge and motivate employees.


• Effectively communicate with Store Market Leader, Sales Director, and Home Office team regularly.


• Day-to-day operations of store including inventory management, cash management, and general retail store functions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• You are an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills


• You are familiar with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel applications


• You possess a self-starter attitude and a continual drive to grow


• You have previous sales management experience


• You possess a working knowledge of inventory management

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma


• Retail and/or customer service experience a plus

Physical/Other Requirements:
