Job summary

Ribbit Computers in Wichita, KS is seeking a working manager to lead on the sales floor and at the technician bench. You will stock the store, assist your team, and drive toward hitting goals while maintaining excellent customer service.

Training will cover our systems and philosophy; prior management experience and inventory management are highly valued. This role offers hands-on leadership responsibilities in a busy IT repair environment.

Job Description

Ribbit Computers managers are working managers. This means that you are just as much on the sales floor and working the technician bench as any other employee. You will be responsible for stocking the store with inventory, assisting your employees with their tasks and work, providing the leadership for your team to ensure your hitting your goals.

You will be trained in our systems and our company philosophy. Management experience is highly recommended as well as inventory management experience.

Ability to troubleshoot and understand Windows 8.1, 10, and 11, as well as macOS and familiarity with Office Suite.

Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective.

Additional Information

Minimum of one (1) years’ work experience in a IT related field, customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Starting pay: Training $16hr and $18hr after training
