We are seeking a dynamic leader who will embody our company’s values around people, processes, operations, and brand advocacy. This leader will be responsible for personal sales, store sales goals, team leadership, operations management, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets. The role is pivotal in ensuring store success and contributing to overall company growth, maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
Total Compensation Range: $60,000 - $95,000 per year (including base, commission, and bonus)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
This role significantly influences store financial health, team morale and development, operational efficiency, and customer experience, managing store revenue up to $5 million and leading up to 15 direct reports.

Expect a total compensation of $60,000 - $95,000 annually, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Base pay is $60,000, with uncapped commissions (3% on design sales, 2% on others) and potential monthly bonuses up to $1,500. Our pay practices are transparent to foster understanding and confidence.
