  • Sales Programs: Implement and oversee all company sales initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Age Requirements: 18+ for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ for other states.
  • Experience: Retail and/or Food Management experience.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work any shift and occasional travel for regional meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to clear pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Training: Willingness to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
