Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus 4255 is seeking a Store Team Leader to spearhead store operations, coach a high‑performing team, and deliver neighborly service in a pet‑driven retail setting.

You will drive sales, manage schedules, recruit and develop staff, and ensure safety and compliance while building ties with the local community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or store management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (High School Diploma/GED required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Ability to operate store equipment (including forklift, where applicable)
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 65 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team by setting the example in customer service, sales, and operations
• Drive store performance including retail sales, services, and neighbor engagement
• Analyze results and implement plans to improve productivity and profitability
• Create and manage weekly schedules to maximize team efficiency and coverage
