Key Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures
• Drive sales of durable workwear and outdoor apparel
• Maintain strong product knowledge and guide customers to the right gear
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Support merchandising and maintain brand standards on the sales floor
• Assist with inventory tasks, including inventory support as needed
• Handle cash processing in accordance with store policies
• Model a hands-on, down-to-earth culture and support associate training

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven retail leadership and ability to coach a team
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of product categories (workwear/outdoor apparel) or ability to quickly learn
• Experience with merchandising and maintaining brand standards
• Comfort with cash handling and operational accountability
