Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with retail POS systems; experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms preferred
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focusedStore Manager to oversee the daily operations of their retail wellness store in Waltham, MA. This role is responsible for leading store performance, inventory management, merchandising, staff development, and customer experience while providing knowledgeable guidance on vitamins, nutritional supplements, and natural wellness products. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for holistic health and delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Waltham, MA
Schedule: Full-Time (M-F, with rotating Saturdays)
Pay: $28.85-$33.65/hour (depending on experience)
