Job summary

Store Space is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead operations at our Waco facility. You will oversee customer service, sales, and daily facility management, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related roles.
• Experience in sales and upselling to drive rentals.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic accounting tasks.
• Familiar with POS systems and standard office software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Increase rentals and upsell services to customers.
• Manage daily facility operations and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily reporting.

STORE MANAGER

Store Space Self Storage seeks a driven, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager to spearhead our operations in Waco, TX at an hourly rate up to $19.00 per hour based on experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Facility management: clean bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintaining company standards and adhering to policies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER

• 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management).
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
