Job summary

Store Space Self Storage is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations in Waco, TX, at an hourly rate up to $19.00 based on experience. The role emphasizes customer-focused leadership, sales growth, and maintaining high standards across the facility.

You will manage daily operations, drive rentals, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations are required, with growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, front desk, or similar).
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER

• 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management).
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
