Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day and long-term success of retail staff with a focus on customer experience. This position plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, developing, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and education of staff. You will oversee our Retail Sales Associates, called Outfitters, ensuring each customer is outfitted with what they need. The role requires being on the sales floor 5 days a week. Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least 2-3 years of retail experience in a customer-facing sales setting with demonstrated leadership ability
• Experience in providing feedback and coaching, including handling performance and disciplinary conversations
• Passion for coaching and developing staff
• Ability to balance employee needs and business goals
• Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, customer interactions, and a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills, both internal and external
• Proven ability to develop and train staff, fostering growth through recognition and coaching
• Ability to set expectations, delegate, and provide resources to enhance team performance
• Sound judgment in decision-making, always prioritizing staff and customers
• Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative attitude
• Willingness to go above and beyond as needed
• Excellent professional communication with customers and team members
