Job summary

To The Nines Gift Shops in Manitowish Waters, WI is seeking a Store Manager to lead three storefronts with an upscale Northwoods hospitality approach.

You will oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance, manage inventory and generate insights from sales reports to guide staffing and marketing decisions. Weekend and holiday availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail or management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Experience with Lightspeed or Shopify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews
• Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories
• Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling and marketing needs
• Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational
• Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ
