Job summary

EAU Holdings seeks a Store Manager for To The Nines gift shops in Manitowish Waters, WI. You will supervise store staff across multiple locations, handle scheduling, training and performance reviews, and ensure excellent customer service and appearance.

Key duties include inventory control, analyzing sales reports, coordinating with management and HQ, and maintaining a pristine store environment. Weekend/holiday work required; benefits include health coverage and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of retail or management experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Weekend and holiday work availability a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories.
• Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling and marketing needs.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational.
• Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ.

If customer service and hospitality are your passion, join us as Store Manager of To The Nines gift shops in beautiful Manitowish Waters. With three storefronts and an extensive retail website, we offer a variety of carefully selected items showcasing the Northwoods lifestyle with an upscale twist.
