Palm Beach Tan is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead our Tyler, TX store. You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and build a high-performing team that delivers a welcoming tanning experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets
• Strong team-building, coaching and staff development skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Energetic, goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a welcoming environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet store goals
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Manage all day-to-day store operations and ensure policy compliance
