Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager for our Annapolis location. Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and inspiring a team of retail associates
  2. Developing strategies to meet sales targets and KPIs
  3. Managing store operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory
  4. Maintaining high customer service standards
  5. Overseeing visual merchandising and store appearance
  6. Analyzing sales data and market trends
  7. Implementing loss prevention strategies
  8. Managing finances, budgeting, and reporting
  9. Collaborating with management to achieve company goals
  10. Resolving customer concerns professionally
  11. Ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
  2. 3+ years retail management experience
  3. Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR
  4. Financial acumen and cost control skills
  5. Strong problem-solving and inventory skills
  6. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  7. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  8. Experience with POS systems and retail software
  9. Knowledge of visual merchandising and loss prevention
  10. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
  11. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand long periods

This role operates in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical demands such as lifting and standing.
