Job summary

To The Nines gift shops in Manitowish Waters are operated by EAU Holdings. The Store Manager will lead store staff, schedule and train performance reviews while maintaining accurate inventory and reporting to inform staffing and marketing decisions.

Requirements include 3+ years in retail or management, strong communication and organizational skills, and weekend/holiday availability. Experience with Lightspeed or Shopify is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of retail or management experience.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Weekend and holiday work availability a must.
• Experience with Lightspeed or Shopify preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Manage store inventory by ensuring shipments received are accurate, processing transfers and damages and taking physical inventories.
• Review sales reports to inform staffing, styling and marketing needs.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are pristine, well-organized and fully operational.
• Provide backup coverage for all positions and support to EAU management and Corporate HQ.
