Huk Gear is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. You will guide sales strategies, staffing, and merchandising to maximize profitability and uphold brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A Monday–Sunday schedule with varying shifts is expected to support business needs.

• Conduct regular store meetings to communicate expectations and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of team members.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Foster relationships within the local community to enhance the store's presence.

As the Store Manager at Huk Gear, you will be the driving force behind our retail operations, responsible for leading your team to achieve exceptional results in customer service, sales, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will inspire your team to uphold the brand's values while cultivating a positive shopping experience for every customer. You will oversee the day-to-day functions of the store and implement strategies to optimize profitability and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Type:

• Full-time

Compensation:

• $60,000 to $65,000 annually based on relevant experience

Schedule:

• Shifts lasting 8 hours
• Available for both Day and Evening shifts
• Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed for business operations

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail sales setting.
• 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
