About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high standards in visual presentation and commercial performance aligned with store format, regional, and global strategies. You will lead and develop the store team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture. Additionally, you'll analyze sales data, develop plans to optimize results, and stay aware of market competition.

A Day in the Life

• Managing the total OMNI customer experience, including visual and commercial presentation
• Representing the brand positively during customer interactions
• Analyzing sales and budget goals, creating plans to meet targets
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives
• Scheduling staff in line with sales forecasts
• Maintaining store routines, stock levels, and visual standards

Fashion & Trend Awareness

• Staying updated on fashion trends, styles, and competitors
• Ensuring the team shares product knowledge with customers

Team & Development

• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing the team
• Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning
• Collaborating with the area and store leadership teams

Retail Operations & Visual Execution
