As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, which includes managing inventory levels to ensure products are well-stocked and organized. This involves regular stock checks, ordering new items, and monitoring expiration dates to maintain product quality and availability. Additionally, you will be in charge of staff scheduling, assigning shifts to employees based on customer traffic and store needs, and ensuring that all staff are properly trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service. This role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Furthermore, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
