Position Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates, as well as merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services.

Pay Range: $57,000.00 - $105,000.00

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Drive store sales and promotions.
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty, creating positive results for teammates, customers, and the company.
• Understand alternative tire sourcing options and analyze competitors.
• Track and meet payroll, budgets, and store goals.
• Maintain current records and financial information.
• Manage, schedule, and assign staff based on their skills.
• Participate in paid training to stay updated on industry developments.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales management.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Ability to assist customers with sales and complaints to promote retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional communication skills with teammates and customers.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid automobile driver's license and ability to operate customer and company vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent.
