What You'll Do as a Store Manager

• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain store team members
• Create raving fans through exceptional customer service
• Provide customers with professional and educated recommendations on tire purchases, repairs, and maintenance needs
• Maintain enthusiasm and responsiveness to every customer, both in-store and on the phone
• Ensure strong communication between store team members and support departments
• Maintain inventory and operational standards; manage parts ordering
• Oversee all aspects of P&L, including sales, gross margin, and expenses
• Stay current with changes to product lines, sales techniques, and mandated awareness programs
• Adhere to legal guidelines, policies, and procedures, including OSHA requirements and price changes
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years of tire and auto services experience
• 2 years of management experience
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting (50 lbs. or more), pulling, pushing, bending, standing, reaching, crouching, and crawling

Salary: Starting at $65,000 plus bonus
