AKIRA Store Manager is sought for a new store opening in October 2026. The role blends leadership with hands-on selling, training, and talent development to maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and sustaining a positive store atmosphere, while driving sales targets and upholding AKIRA standards and policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Position: Store Manager

Physical Requirements:

• Move product, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, and lift a maximum of 50 lbs. based on the needs of the role

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, including a 10-12 hour shift
