Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to surpass goals.
• Maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, and communication.
• Manage a team of 8-15 members, including recruitment and training.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and stock levels reflect brand standards.
• Drive sales and oversee all sales initiatives.
• Control expenses proactively.

Minimum Requirements

• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail and/or food management.
• Flexibility to work any shift and travel for regional meetings.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• Willingness to complete Topshelf Manager Training (Tennessee stores).
