Description

POSITION PURPOSE

The Store Manager oversees the daily operations of a retail store, providing leadership to achieve business results. Responsibilities include store operations, financial management, human resources, inventory control, staff training, and development. The Store Manager leads a motivated team, maintains excellent customer service standards, and supports the Retail Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow all policies and safety procedures, demonstrating professional etiquette.
• Implement retail plans to meet profit, revenue, and productivity goals.
• Manage daily store operations, addressing employee and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to analyze sales and develop strategies.
• Ensure store compliance with security, health, and safety policies.
• Partner with HR for staff training, development, and performance management.
• Recruit, retain, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, wearing the uniform.
• Attend regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
