Job Responsibilities
  1. Foster a store environment that delivers renowned and authentic service to create a Modern Luxury customer experience.
  2. Develop product knowledge skills and stay updated on current collections, training the team accordingly.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategies like clienteling, sourcing new customers, and building long-term relationships.
  4. Support teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors.
  5. Stay informed about market competition, industry, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
  6. Evaluate team performance and provide coaching to prioritize service and sales; create development plans.
  7. Demonstrate business acumen by forecasting, planning, and budgeting (e.g., payroll, staffing).
  8. Create a talent pipeline by recruiting, interviewing, and retaining top talent.
Candidate Requirements
  1. 2-5 years of previous Store Manager experience in luxury retail preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition is essential.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  3. Proficient in MS Office and retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
  4. Effective communication skills; ability to maneuver sales floor and meet stockroom requirements.
  5. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Benefits and Compensation
