During official training weeks, Managers In Training work with a Training Manager to gain insights and best practices for running a convenience store. Between training weeks, they work a variety of shifts alongside team members, applying leadership skills in real‑time. After training, they join our bench leadership team to cover absences until they are assigned to their own store.
Minimum Education: High School or GED
Preferred Education: (optional)
Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience
Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role
Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe or Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
This full‑time position requires a variety of hours—day, night, weekday, weekend, and holiday. Overtime up to 5 hours is expected.
Full‑time – 40 regular hours per week with up to 5 hours overtime.
5% expected. Ability to deliver deposits independently, with a personal vehicle where applicable.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds routinely, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally; stand and walk 8 hours a day; reach, bend, squat, twist, grasp, and work in cooler temperatures. Work noise level is moderate.
Specialized attire required in food establishments (hats or visors, gloves, etc.), provided by the company.
