Gustave A Larson Company is actively looking for our next leader to join us as a Branch Store Manager for our Warehouse Operations and Counter Sales Team.

- Leading your Team to Success – As a Store Manager, you are enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and experienced in being able to lead a team to successful results in a warehouse and storefront setting.
- Customer Focused – You as the Store Manager are a “promise keeper” for our organization, ensuring that customer’s needs are met daily by having the right product and making sure it is delivered/picked at the right time. At Gustave A Larson we are passionate about serving all our customers including dealers, business owners, and large HVAC companies.
- HVAC product knowledge – Understanding or a willingness to learn HVAC residential systems is a must, that experience is needed to assist in selling the right equipment and recommending the right systems for our customers’ jobs.
- Warehouse Operations/Counter Sales Team Best in Class – You will lead the teams by maintaining accurate inventory, offering recommendations on ordering product, and understanding operations processes/policies, all while training/coaching your team members in a safe environment.
- Attention to Detail – Our industry is technical in nature and details matter. We need leaders who are experts in understanding the small details of our business, our customers, and our profitability.
- Growth Mindset – Having a growth mindset is essential when working in this role. You will need to embrace challenges and use them as an opportunity for growth.

Candidates should have:
- 2 years+ of Operations Management and leadership of a team (HVAC preferred but not required)
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
- A proven track record of inventory management and warehouse experience
- Valid Driver’s license/driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent required
